THE INTENSIVE TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM (ITT: Level One)
NOTE: the teacher training program is open to teachers and non-teachers alike. We welcome attendees who simply want to deepen their understanding of this method for their own personal practice.
This Level One Training segment will cover class plans 31 - 60. Training for class plans 61 – 100 will be offered in September 2018, and class plans 1 - 30 in April 2019. You can begin your training with any set of class plans as the program is circular. Any training segment is also relevant regardless of whether you have participated in training using the same class plans previously. With Francisco's constant research, his work is continuously evolving and thus each training segment presents fresh insight and knowledge beyond the technical skill of poses & sequences, as well as teaching approach.

Where can I stay in Toronto?
Air B’n B and VRBO are great options, as well as HomeStay. Hotels in the area include the newly renovated luxury boutique Broadview Hotel, Novotel Toronto Centre, and One King West Hotel & Residences (with rooms and suites).
How do I get around Toronto?
Downtown Toronto is very walkable. If the weather isn’t to your liking, there is the subway and street car system, and there is also an underground PATH through much of the downtown core. And of course there are taxis and uber. As well as Cars2Go and BikeShare.
What is the restaurant scene like in Toronto?
Toronto has everything from cheap eats to clean food to foodies hot spots. Toronto is also the most culturally diverse city in the world so you can find every kind of ethnic cuisine here.
Can I get to Niagara Falls easily from Toronto?
Yes. And it is a spectacular site in any season. Winter is my favourite. It is a 90 minute drive (outside of rush hour traffic). There are the traditional rental car companies as well as zipcar pickup locations all over the city. Or there are tour companies that make it easy. Try niagarafallsbustours.ca or mynmagaratours.com.
