The weekend will be workshop style and most beneficial if you are able to join the full workshop for a broader perspective, deeper understanding and more practice.
Thursday March 1st
Class + Discussion: An introduction to the Kaiut Yoga Method and how this method has been designed to work for our modern body and lifestyle.
Friday March 2nd
Class + Discussion: Insight into how yoga can benefit every body type, not only those that are young and flexible.
Class + Discussion: Learn about the central role the hips play in the mobility of and comfort in our whole system.
Saturday March 3rd
Class + Discussion: Discover the connection between the physical system and our emotion landscape and how yoga can benefit both.
Class + Discussion: Understand the difference between pain and discomfort, and how to read the feedback your body is giving you.
Sunday March 4th
Class + Discussion: Learn how the body ages and the impact that a regular practice can have in prolonging quality of life.

Workshop Option A: $380 USD for the Full Workshop
Workshop Option B: $422 USD for the Full Workshop + Light lunch on Friday & Saturday
Individual Class + Discussion: $75 USD per 2.5 hour session (if your schedule does not allow you to attend the full workshop). With the exception of Thursday evening: $60 for 2 hour session.
